Extended Service Activities – More than Standard
Anyone wishing to manufacture economically must be able to rely not only on his machines and installations but also on his service provider. Rexroth offers an individual service from a single source: Technical Services with individual categories, condition-oriented maintenance with remote control monitoring and database administration (Trended), as well as a constantly available supply of spare parts via the Internet.
Technical services
From single and customized services right through to the complete service package – the choice is up to you:
- Technical services comprise maintenance, repairs and general overhaul – exactly in accordance with individual requirements.
- Maintenance contracts, customerspecific repair and spare parts concepts, as well as other services can all be combined to form individual service packages and contain technical and logistic services, personnel services and know-how.
- Complete packages involving a high level of consultancy and administration are based on individual service concepts. These include e. g. taking over the complete responsibility for services in the form of a general service contract and permanent service stations with on-site project management.

Trended
Trended is a Rexroth tool for condition monitoring of machine and system data. Faults and breakdowns are detected and prevented at an early stage. Maintenance measures are undertaken at the most appropriate time without interrupting the production process. This keeps downtime to a minimum.
